Open any internet browser and type www.servicepower.com in the Address Bar at the top of the screen.
Click the
button on the top right side of the next page.
On the following page select your Country and Language from the drop-down menu.

Type in your Login ID and Password and click the red and white arrow.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot your Password?, and enter your Login ID. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
