To correct a claim it must be in an “I” (incomplete) status.
For claims in “R” status, you must contact the manufacturer.
Claims in “M” status are in audit and may only be corrected by a customer service representative at SERVICEPower or the manufacturer.
Each error on the claim appears at the top left side of the claim. The error is also repeated in the section where the error requires correction.
Insert the correct information and click Submit.
