Change Call Status

Call Status indicates stages of the service event.

  1. On the Call Details page, scroll down to the Call Status area, and click the down arrow to see a drop down list of possible call statuses.  Not all calls have the same status options.

CAUTION:

In Step 2, if you change the Call Status to Complete, you cannot reopen the call.  Completed calls can only be Submitted.

 

  1. Click the status to select.
