The Time Bands screen allows you to define when you or your Technicians are available to respond to service calls.
CAUTION:
Read and consider carefully the definitions of Cut-off Times, Cut-off Hours, and Cut-off Days as you define your service times.
Click Maintenance,
then Time Bands.
The Time Bands screen will appear.
