This feature allows the servicer to locate warranty coverage period on a manufacturer’s products. On the first screen that appears select a manufacturer and a valid model number, then click SEARCH.

The following information will appear.

If the model and serial number have been registered, then you can find out the purchase date of the unit if you add the serial number and click SEARCH:.
