Zip Coverage

The Zip Coverage screen is for zip code exception management only.  

This is not for your basic zip code set-up.

For basic zip code set-up, go to Maintenance > Area Coverage.  

If you only require a traditional set-up for your profile, there is no need to use this section unless a Network or call source is adding zip codes to your profile for consideration of additional coverage.

Contact Customer Service  (Click on Live Chat at the top of the main page), and ask for the Training department, for instructions on how to use this screen.

• Under My Coverage, click Zip Coverage.  
  The Zip Coverage screen appears.
