The Zip Coverage screen is for zip code exception management only.
This is not for your basic zip code set-up.
For basic zip code set-up, go to Maintenance > Area Coverage.
If you only require a traditional set-up for your profile, there is no need to use this section unless a Network or call source is adding zip codes to your profile for consideration of additional coverage.
Contact Customer Service , and ask for the Training department, for instructions on how to use this screen.
Under My Coverage, click Zip
Coverage.
The Zip Coverage screen appears.
