Rejecting a Call

On the New Calls screen, if you REJECT a call -- only for the reasons of Zip Code Not Covered, Brand Not Covered, or Product Not Covered -- you will be asked to confirm removal of the rejected zip code, brand, or product from all areas and/or networks in your profile.

SERVICEPower will update your information automatically and will direct future dispatches accurately so you will not continue to receive calls for zip codes, brands, or products you have already declined.

Note:
If when Service Requests are emailed to you and you click the REJECT button in the email, a new window will open with the call screens and Rejected Reasons for you to choose.

If you choose Zip Code Not Covered, Brand Not Covered, or Product Not Covered, also Check the “All Networks” checkbox to confirm removal of that item from all your Areas/Networks; then click Update.

If you don’t check the checkbox a reminder message will appear.

Future versions will allow removal of zip codes, brands, or products from separate networks; this version removes items from all networks.

Only if you don’t want to remove the zip code, brand, or product from your profile should you choose a different Rejected Reason: other reasons don’t update your profile; only Zip Code Not Covered, Brand Not Covered, or Product Not Covered reasons update your profile
