Each manufacturer/OEM/TPA network may adjust the wording of their claim status definistions slightly. The following are general definitions.
Claim is being reviewed by the Parts Distributor. Please wait for additional status.
Claim has passed SERVICEPower edits and has been forwarded to the manufacturer/OEM/TPA network for further editing.
Claim must be updated by the service center. The information provided is incomplete. See the error messages at the top of the Claim form and within each section for errors that the service center must correct.
Claim is being reviewed by a SERVICEPower representative. Please wait for additional status. Do not handle claim.
Claim is being reviewed by the manufacturer/OEM/TPA network. Please wait for additional status. Do not handle claim.
Claim has been approved for payment and will be paid once funding from the manufacturer/OEM/TPA network has been confirmed.
Claim has passed SERVICEPower edits and will be submitted to the manufacturer/OEM/TPA network for approval of payment.
Claim was successfully edited by SERVICEPower and is ready for submission to the manufacturer.
Claim cannot be corrected or paid. This is a final rejection status.
